Old Picture

Found A New Park Today

Today we found a park right behind our community. We decided to take Flash in our efforts to broaden his horizon's. There was also a doggie park area, but there were dogs there and he isn't ready for that yet. It was good though to have him around other dogs and hopefully soon he will be able to make some doggie friends. The park was really nice and I hope to take more pictures there soon when the weather isn't so cloudy and hazy.

I think I'm going through a flower stage right now in my artistic career. Here is a painting of a flower I did for my room. I used the three colors in the room: blue, white and tan.

Awesomeness!

I have a deep love of all kinds of vintage cameras. I have a few vintage slr photography cameras, but I've always wanted an old movie camera.

I found this beauty on eBay last week. It's a Bolex Paillard B8 8mm movie camera. It is made in Switzerland and was produced in 1952. The max speed is 64 frames per second.

There is something about old cameras that is just so super cool. Hopefully this will be the first of my movie camera collection. Yay!

So I've been working on painting my bedroom (blue) so I haven't been posting and I just wanted to put up a little update on some things I've been doing when I'm not up on a ladder painting corners.

















I have been painting a bit and this is one of the pictures. I'm not sure what I was going for, it just sort of came out. Will post the other work soon.

Flash's new love

Flash has recently developed an undying love for one of our blankets. At first I thought he just enjoyed spending time with us on the bed, but no, he was actually just trying to steal our blanket away from us. Finding him in this very compromising position has become an almost daily occurrence.
